Unternehmensgegenstand: The purpose of the company is the promotion of: – Religion (Judaism and others) – Assistance for the elderly and youth – Support for Israeli people (citizens) who are new to Germany – Refugees from Ukraine – Supply of food – Short-term care within the meaning of § 52 of the Tax Ordinance. This purpose is realized through the distribution of and supply of kosher food to Jewish communities in Germany as well as the provision of services in the areas of transport, housing and care. The gGmbH fulfills the seven (7) donation seals as follows: a) The organization performs work in accordance with its statutes. b) Management and supervision are appropriately structured, clearly separated from each other and carried out effectively. c) Advertising and public relations work shall be clear and factual. d) The share of advertising and administrative expenditure in total expenditure is distributed appropriately (up to 20%). The effectiveness of the use of funds is checked and the results are documented and published. e) The remuneration paid by the organisation shall take into account the status of the non-profit organisation, the qualifications, the level and responsibility and the framework customary in the industry. f) The procurement and use of funds as well as the financial situation are documented in a comprehensible manner and appropriately examined. g) The organization reports openly and comprehensively on its work, structures and finances.
