Unternehmensgegenstand: Sales and marketing of asset management services and investment product management services. Within the scope of these activities, the Company exclusively provides investment and financial brokerage within the meaning of § 1 para. 1a sentence 2 nos. 1 and 2 KWG of shares in investment assets issued by an investment company and/or foreign investment shares that may be publicly distributed under the Investment Act for the companies referred to in § 2 para. 6 sentence 1 no. 8 KWG. In providing these financial services, the Company is not authorized to acquire ownership or possession of funds or shares of clients. Special funds with additional risks according to § 112 of the Investment Act (so-called “single hedge funds”) may not be brokered. The object of the company is also investment advice within the meaning of the German Banking Act, including advice on the tactical and strategic allocation of the assets to be invested (asset allocation and asset liability management advice).
