Unternehmensgegenstand: (a) the acquisition, management and disposal of shareholdings in undertakings and other company assets, as well as the assumption of management functions for other companies; b) the development and implementation of new business concepts, in particular with a focus on areas such as Internet, online services, e-commerce, telecommunications, media, IT, technology, renewable energy and recycling; (c) the creation, creation and continuous development of new undertakings and the acquisition of shareholdings in undertakings in order to pursue the abovementioned business concepts; d) the provision of unlicensed services and consulting services, in particular to the companies referred to in point 2.1.c) in the areas of IT, marketing, sales, personnel development, financing and project development. The Company does not engage in any business which is subject to authorisation under the German Banking Act or the Capital Investment Code.
