Implementation of seminars, training and further education at home and abroad. 3. Establishment and operation of day-care centres and schools in Germany and abroad as well as 4. Organisation, coordination and procurement of accommodation and management facilities for participants of courses, educational measures, training and further education as well as projects. 5. For foreign transactions, joint ventures may be established, participations may be entered into, shares in foreign companies may be acquired, subsidiaries and new own corporations may be established, even in addition to the business areas described in paragraphs 1-4. 6. Performance-related remunerated job placement in jobs subject to compulsory insurance pursuant to § 45 (4) sentence 3 no. 2 SGB III.
