Unternehmensgegenstand: The purpose of the society is to promote general education and vocational training. The purpose of the company is realized through the continuation of the activities of the association “Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft e.V.”, Hanover. The society operates the Bildungswerk as a place of free adult education. Participation in the events is voluntary and open to everyone. The Society has the following tasks: – to impart civic, socio-political, economic and social knowledge to supplement and promote general education; – the imparting of knowledge that is appropriate and necessary for the management of professional tasks and for the promotion of the career advancement of employees of the Lower Saxony economy; – the promotion of vocational education and training for young people and adults, as well as professional and social integration, in particular through events and training for the unemployed and those at risk of unemployment.
