Unternehmensgegenstand: (1) The object of the enterprise is a) the promotion of animal and species protection, inter alia through the acquisition, keeping, conservation and breeding of animals, keeping and display of endangered animal species and the creation of special facilities to meet the living conditions of these in a species-appropriate animal husbandry, b) the promotion of education, popular and vocational training, inter alia through measures of experience-oriented nature and environmental education, as well as through lectures and discussions, as well as measures for education, training and further education within the framework of the implementation of the nature education environmental concept. This is done in cooperation with public and private educational institutions, the promotion of accessibility, inclusion and therapy of disabled people, especially visually impaired and blind people, among other things by promoting direct contact between humans and animals, as well as barrier-free design of the park, internships for disabled facilities in the field of garden and animal care, special guided tours for blind people, the promotion of health care through knowledge transfer in health matters. Connection and nutrition in the context of flora and fauna as therapy, – animal-supported, in particular by promoting direct contact with the animal, e.g. through riding as a curative educational and therapeutic element. In addition, promotion of activity and exercise, among other things in a floral environment under garden therapeutic aspects. The promotion of health care, among other things, through deceleration, relaxation, recreation, taking into account the psychosocial importance of experiencing nature for the well-being and development of children and adults, by promoting activities focusing on nutrition, mental health and exercise, preferably outdoors, as well as the promotion of activities for the development and use of all senses. Offer of the stay and activities, among other things through courses and sports and exercise offers, in the decelerating natural environment for effective training for body & mind and to let the calming radiance of nature affect you. c) the promotion of science and research, inter alia through cooperation and project work with university institutions, e.g. by assigning semester and project tasks, d) the promotion of art and culture, inter alia by organizing inclusive artistic and cultural events of all kinds, also in encounter and connection with art and nature for all, in particular through: – Readings / lectures – Action art in the institution – Exhibitions – Concepts of rural culture e) the promotion of international attitudes, tolerance in all areas of culture and international understanding, inter alia through professional and linguistic qualification to promote the participation of all people and the acceptance of social diversity, in particular by offering low-threshold vocational training opportunities for migrants, language training in cooperation and promotion of public institutions, f) the promotion of nature conservation and landscape conservation within the meaning of the Federal Nature Conservation Act and the nature conservation laws of the Länder, environmental protection; through cooperation with recognized nature conservation associations, as well as foundations or nature or environmental protection institutions. (2) The Company is entitled to participate in similar, also non-profit enterprises. Acquisitions of shareholdings or company formations outside the non-profit status may not go beyond the scope of asset management. It must be ensured that the capital shares as such are secured.
